What moves the price
The package is a fixed price for a typical case. These are the four things that change it, with the hospital's own numbers.
A test added on the day
If a doctor recommends one more scan or blood test because of what they see, it is quoted to you before it is done, and you can decline it.
Quoted before it is done
Imaging beyond the package
A CT, MRI or a second endoscopy is not part of the published price; the hospital quotes it separately.
Quoted per study
A specialist consultation
Seeing a cardiologist, gastroenterologist or surgeon after the report is a separate outpatient charge.
Outpatient rate
Repeating a test
If a sample cannot be read or you need a test again later in the year, it is charged as a new item.
Charged per repeat
Before you go
- check Bowel preparation starts the evening before the colonoscopy; we send the schedule with your booking.
- check Fast for 8 hours before sedation.
- check Arrange for someone to accompany you after sedation.
Who does what
We coordinate
Dates, the hospital appointment, interpretation, transfer, and one invoice. We are a coordination service, not a clinic.
The hospital treats
Diagnosis, whether an operation is right for you, the procedure itself and aftercare. Its surgeons decide candidacy, not us.
You decide
No test, no booking and no charge happens without your written agreement. You can stop at any step.
Questions
Is one sedation for both scopes safe? expand_more
Yes, and it is standard practice: an anaesthetist is present throughout and monitors you in recovery.
What happens if a polyp is found? expand_more
Small polyps are removed during the same session. Pathology is billed separately and we tell you the price before it is sent.

This page reproduces a screening programme published by the hospital. It is not a diagnosis and not medical advice. A screening programme cannot rule out disease: it finds what is visible on the day, with these tests. Any test added on the day, any specialist consultation after the report, and any treatment are billed separately and quoted in writing before they happen.
Independent patient coordination. Zero hospital markups. Not medical advice.
